100% Paid Tuition. Murphy Tractor offers tuition assistance to qualified individuals who attend John Deere Tech college programs or other select college programs for vocational instruction related to service training. Tuition expenses are fully forgiven upon two years of employment with Murphy Tractor & Equipment. Graduates are also awarded up to $3,500 in tool credits.

Our team of more than 850 employees work in 29 locations including Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Ohio. Technician Team

The construction industry employs some of the world’s most cutting-edge technologies. As technologies advance and the industry grows so does the need for highly trained and skilled technicians to test and maintain equipment, diagnose problems, and make highly technical repairs. If you enjoy problem solving and mastering the latest and greatest precision technologies both in the shop and out in the field, consider joining the Murphy Tractor & Equipment Technician Team.

Future technicians can apply for the John Deere Tech program. The program delivers hands-on experience in diagnostic and repair procedures using the latest high-tech electronics and software programs. Graduates will have completed John Deere core certification requirements and will be eligible for tuition assistance from Murphy Tractor. See below for more information.
